How do I change the time?
Please click here for a video tutorial of how to adjust the time. If you don´t like videos, please just follow the steps below.
1. Firstly, pull the crown (which is the knob located at the right hand side of your watch) out until you hear a little “click”
2. Now turn the crown to change the time.
Note: The easiest way to set the time is to start with a full hour. Make sure the full colour of the current time is visible e.g. yellow for 12:00
3. When the time has been set, push the crown back into its original position. You will hear another “click”
How long should the batterie last?
The batterie should last approximately two years.
Please do not try to change the battery yourself as this is a specialist job and may void warranty if carried out incorrectly. Any reputable watch repair shop should be able to undertake the replacement of the battery for a nominal fee.
How do I remove or change the strap?
We are using a Quick Pin to help you removing or changing the strap. Be careful while removing the strap, because the pin can make scratches on the case.
Do you offer different straps?
We don´t offer different straps yet. You can order other straps online, just make sure they 18mm, otherwise they won´t fit. We will let you know once we offer other straps, therefore make sure you subscribe to our newsletter.
How does the packaging look like?
We decided to do a packaging that is a little bit different compared to other watch brands. Our aim is to produce a 100% plastic free packaging, that is made in Germany. So far we are working with a company very close to Bermoll. The packaging we are using is already close to be plastic free, the only thing that is missing is the rubber strap to keep the packaging closed. We are already working on an alternative way to do this.
My order is damaged or incorrect, how should I contact?
If you have any issues with your delivery, we are really sorry for that. Just sent an email to info@tian-watches.com and explain what went wrong with your order. Pictures are always useful to understand the problem. We´ll try to get back to you with 48 hours.
Where is my order?
All orders are dispatched via DHL. Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email from the courier with a link to tracking. If you have not received this email then please check your junk folder. If you have not received an order update within a few days then please contact info@tian-watches.com
What warranty do you provide?
All TIAN watches come with two year warranty valid from date of purchase.
